3. Eligibility & Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return and refund, items must meet the following criteria:

The item must be returned in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, accessories, and manuals included.
The item must not show signs of intentional damage, alteration, or misuse.

4. How to Initiate a Return — Step-by-Step

Receive Return Authorisation: Our support team will review your request and reply within 24 business hours with your Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and clear return instructions.
Package Your Return: Securely package the product in its original packaging. Clearly include your RMA number inside or on the package.
Ship the Package: Drop off the parcel at the designated carrier location using the return instructions provided.
Receive Your Refund: Once received, your return will be inspected and your refund processed within the 14-day timeline.

5. 14 Days Refund Processing Timeline

We believe in fast and transparent refund handling:

Inspection & Approval: Upon receiving your returned parcel at our returns facility, our quality control team will inspect the item within 1–2 business days.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed and issued within 14 days of processing from the date the return is received.
Payment Method: Refunds are credited automatically to your original payment method (e.g. credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Depending on your financial institution, funds may take 2–5 additional business days to appear on your bank statement.
